Ingredients
Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Balls
½cupalmond butter125 g
¼cupmaple syrup80 g
½teaspoonvanilla extract
¾cupalmond flour80 g
⅓cupbrown sugar60 g
1.5tablespoonscinnamon

Instructions
Combine almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt in a bowl, using a spoon.
Gradually add almond flour and mix again until everything’s smooth and homogenous. You can use a hand mixer for better results!
Put brown sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl and stir to combine.
Pinch off small bites from the dough and roll into little balls.
Coat them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and place them on a parchment paper-lined sheet.
Repeat until around 15 balls have been formed and coated. Place your sheet into the fridge and store the snickerdoodle cookie dough balls for up to 5 days or enjoy at your convenience.
Notes
You can use any liquid vegan sweetener for this recipe.
Feel free to swap almond flour for oat flour and almond butter for cashew butter!
Flatten out the dough balls on parchment paper and add crisscrosses with a fork to create super easy no-bake cookies!
