Ingredients
Homemade Hot Chocolate
2cupsdairy-free milk480 ml
2tablespoonsugar
4ozdark vegan chocolatemelted (113 g)
½teaspoonvanilla extract
Vegan whipped cream or marshmallowsoptional
Instructions
Place soy milk and sugar in a small saucepan and whisk to combine. Warm over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until little bubbles form.
Turn off the heat and add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined, then adjust to taste preferences.
Top with whipped cream or marshmallows and serve warm!
