Ingredients
Grilled Corn with Lime and Chili
4ears of fresh cornhusked
2tbspolive oil
1limejuiced
1tspchili powder
Salt to taste
½tspsmoked paprikaoptional
Fresh cilantrooptional
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the corn ears with olive oil, ensuring they are coated evenly.
Place the corn on the grill grates and grill for 10-12 minutes, until charred in spots and tender. Be sure to turn it occasionally to avoid burning!
Meanwhile, prepare the seasoning. Combine lime juice, chili powder, salt, and smoked paprika (if using) in a small bowl.
Once the corn is slightly charred, remove it from the grill and immediately brush it with the lime-chili mixture.
Serve warm sprinkled with fresh cilantro if wanted. Enjoy!
Notes
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra heat!
