  1. Make the vegan cheese ball around half a day before serving your Easter platter. Once it’s ready to serve, decorate the ball so it looks like a little bunny!

  4. Get a beautiful wooden board and start assembling your Easter platter!

    Your recipes look absolutely wonderful! I’m currently going (almost-) vegan (from being an almost life-time vegetarian); these recipes are SO inspiring and appetising. I’m planning to produce a vegan Easter feast based on these recipes, for a dear friend / neighbour who is in my household ‘bubble’.
